DBA Consultants helps public bodies, charities, NHS organisations and research teams find out whether what they do works. We design and run evaluations, build the statistics behind trials and service reviews, write the quantitative sections of funding bids, and train in-house teams to collect and use their own data.

Dr Ashley Bennett CPsychol
Dr Ashley Bennett is a Chartered Psychologist and PhD-level statistician with ten years of applied quantitative work for the NHS, public health, higher education and community services. Ashley is statistician on an NHS England-funded randomised controlled trial and an NHS service evaluation, and Deputy Chair of a university research-ethics panel.

- Programme and service evaluation. An evaluation framework, interim and end-of-programme reports, and a presentation to the board.
- Trial and study statistics. A statistical analysis plan, the analysis itself, and results chapters and tables for publication.
- Survey design and analysis. A survey instrument, a cleaned dataset and an analysed report.
- Data analysis for commissioning and funding bids. An outcome report and a data pack for funders.
- Research design and bid support. Written methods and analysis sections, or full lot bids.
- Ethics, governance and data protection. Documents ready for committee or data protection officer sign-off.
Training and capability building. Analyst clinics, methods and statistics training from introductory to Level 7, and reusable templates and guidance that in-house teams can maintain after the contract ends.
Software: SPSS (advanced), R and Excel, with Microsoft 365 and secure data handling.
